Our facility stocks a comprehensive range of brand tyre products and specifications for all types of corporate and business aircraft, from King Airs to Gulfstreams. Business aircraft can vary in the range of brand tyres approved by the airframe manufacturer, making stock availability and reliability a critical issue. We therefore maintain large inventories of spare built-up wheels to ensure immediate despatch for keeping our customers aircraft down-time to a minimum.
As aircraft tyres for general aviation purposes are generally used to perform on various surface types, consequently there are a wide range of tyre options to choose from that are designed for operators different purposes. Overall there are currently twelve different types of tyre available on the market, all of which are regularly stocked for rapid delivery world-wide.
We maintain stock that covers the full-range of brand tyre products and size specifications for all helicopter types and models, including those for Eurocopters, Sikorsky, Agusta and Bell, as well as tyres for ground handling units.
Most early design aircraft tyres and almost all general aviation tyres will require inner tubes that often share the same designation as the tyre. There are however exceptions to this rule, and sometimes there are other technical issues related to the use of different measurement standards, variations of valve types, and using alternatives to the now obsolete tubes of early aircraft tyres, of which customers can rely on our experience in the field for assistance with finding a solution.
Owners of vintage and older models of aircraft, as well as more specialist kinds, are likely to encounter problems in sourcing the original tyres and tubes. Where it is possible, we stock such items for long term storage and future use, and in some cases are able to offer suitable alternatives. Tail wheel tyres are often the most difficult items to locate, however, smooth, ribbed, saw tooth, channel and twin contact designs continue to remain available in certain sizes.
Retreading has been a common practice since the 1950’s, advancing to the level today where most regional, commuter and airline aircraft tyres can be retreaded multiple times, delivering significant cost savings. We can provide flexible options to combine new tyres and retreading for a complete independent airline service, as well as Single Unit Price (SUP) and Cost Per Landing (CPL) programs, that are also designed for improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs.
We stock an extensive range of mechanical parts and accessories for aircraft including batteries, brake discs, brake linings, air filters and air pumps.
